As a Financial Analyst for The MFA Companies®, Ms. Fontanazza is actively involved with the Firm’s Investment Banking, Business Valuation and Financial Planning & Analysis Practices. Elle provides merger and acquisition (M&A) support in the form of due diligence, pitch book, presentation and Confidential Offering memorandum creation and other transaction-related activities. She also assists in a wide variety of valuation and litigation support engagements including stock option pricing and 409A, purchase price allocation and impairment testing, gift and estate tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, complex derivatives, marital dissolution and shareholder disputes.
Prior to joining MFA, Elle was employed by Boston Private Bank where she worked as a Rotational Development Program Associate on the Treasury/ALM and Credit teams. She also spent several years as a Marketing & Communication Advisor for the Goldenson Center for Actuarial Research.
